Germany – Roof-covering work – Generalsanierung der Römer-Therme in Bad Breisig: Dachdeckerarbeiten

The VG Bad Breisig intends to carry out the general renovation of the Römer-Therme in Bad Breisig. The project involves the general renovation of the Römerthermen Part II in Bad Breisig. It is to be understood as a follow-up measure to the 2023 completed renovation of the technical installations, including a new technical building and roof renovation over the changing rooms. As part of the planned comprehensive renovation and modernisation of the facade, roof and glass surfaces, the energy efficiency building standard 70 is to be achieved. The aim is to make a particular contribution to climate protection, to fully preserve the existing buildings, to reduce water consumption and to optimise barrier-free access in the interior and exterior areas.
