Poland – Motor vehicles – Dostawa pojazdów samochodowych typu VAN z przeznaczeniem dla izb administracji skarbowej

The subject of the contract is the supply of brand new, unused VAN-type vehicles, produced no earlier than 2026, for the Tax Administration Chamber in Olsztyn - 1 unit and the Tax Administration Chamber in Zielona Góra - 1 unit. 2. Detailed requirements and the method of executing the subject of the contract for parts 1 and 2 are specified in the Functional and Technical Specification of the vehicle for the given part and in the Contract Project. 3. The Contractor shall attach the Functional and Technical Specification of the vehicle for the given part to the Tender Form. The Functional and Technical Specification of the vehicle will be a material evidence, confirming the compliance of the offered delivery with the requirements of the Purchaser as specified in the tender documents, including the description of the subject of the contract.
