Czechia – Research and experimental development services – Analýza a návrhy řešení jednotného přístupu školských poradenských zařízení při nastavování podpůrných opatření u žáků se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami

The subject of the public procurement in research, development and innovation is to obtain the most suitable proposal for solving the project in applied research and innovation. The project framework aims to predefine the project, which was prepared in accordance with the provisions of § 2 paragraph 2 letter h) of the Public Procurement Act, and which will be adjusted within the framework of the competitive dialogue with regard to the needs of the Purchaser. (The subject of the project is stated in Annex No. 1 – Project Framework of the Tender Documentation). The tender procedure will be conducted so that the selected solution meets the goals and realizes the results determined in Annex No. 1 - Project Framework of the Tender Documentation, which will be the main substantive basis for the negotiations. The conclusions, conditions and new facts should emerge from the individual negotiations so that the assignment can be specified for the Purchaser in the most suitable way for the purposes of the final tender. The project's goal is to create a data, logistics and reference framework for the creation of tools unifying the allocation of supportive measures (methodical unification of the overview of the entire process according to the educational needs of pupils as stated in § 16 paragraph 9 of Act No. 561/2004 Coll.) by school guidance facilities in the Czech Republic. This specifically means that, on the basis of research and analytical methods, a basic structure and structure of a uniform methodology for setting supportive measures by school guidance facilities in the Czech Republic will be created, including the creation of its general part.
