Czechia – Engineering design services for the construction of civil engineering works – "RS 1 VRT Praha-Vršovice - Praha-Běchovice; severní větev"

The purpose of the public contract is to prepare the following parts of the project documentation, including the performance of related activities, and to subsequently obtain a binding building permit under the Building Act for a section of railway infrastructure between Praha-Běchovice and Praha-Libeň. The subject of the contract "RS 1 VRT Praha-Vršovice – Praha-Běchovice; northern branch" is:

- preparation of Project documentation for the permit to build transport infrastructure (DPS);

- preparation and submission of an application for a permit to build under the Building Act;

- preparation of Project documentation for the implementation of the railway construction (PDPS) in BIM mode;

- preparation of the Work in BIM mode and creation of the BIM Information Model;

- creation of data for the needs of the GIS portal operation;

- performance of the Designer's Supervision during construction;

- preparation of a detailed engineering-geological survey based on the detailed IGP project;

- settlement of property rights for the construction.
