Poland – Construction supervision services – II PN - Usługa nadzoru inwestorskiego nad zadaniami w zakresie małej retencji na potrzeby Nadleśnictwa Jamy

The subject of the contract is the investor supervision service for five tasks in the field of small retention, as listed below:

- Investor supervision service for the task entitled: "Construction of a weir on the main drain of the melioration system named 'Zgniłki' in the Wąkop Forest District"

- Investor supervision service for the task entitled: "Construction of a system of retaining devices named 'Ols' in the Wąkop Forest District"

- Investor supervision service for the task entitled: "Construction of a system of retaining devices named 'Rurki' in the Wąkop Forest District"

- Investor supervision service for the task entitled: "Construction of a system of retaining devices named 'Biedaszek' in the Wąkop Forest District"

- Investor supervision service for the task entitled: "Construction of a system of retaining devices for the purpose of creating a wetland area named 'Tania' in the Słup Forest District"

The subject of the contract includes the exercise of investor supervision over the construction works specified in the design and cost documentation, as well as cooperation with the contracting authority to ensure effective enforcement by the contractor of the implementation of these works in accordance with the requirements of the contracting authority, including the design and cost documentation, and in accordance with the guidelines of the DNSH, with the application of appropriate material and technological quality, settlement of works based on the contractual costs of their implementation, and execution of the works within the time limit set out in the contract. The predicted scope of the construction works is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
