Germany – Construction-site supervision services – Los 2: Rahmenvertrag Baustellenkoordination/Bauüberwachung im Rohr- und Kabelleitungstiefbau

Mainova AG operates district heating networks, including necessary facilities, in Frankfurt and the Rhine-Main metropolitan region. Netzdienste Rhein-Main GmbH, NRM, a subsidiary of Mainova AG, operates electricity, natural gas, and water supply networks, including necessary facilities, in Frankfurt and the Rhine-Main metropolitan region. In addition to their own, networks of other energy supply companies and industrial customers in the region are serviced. As part of their activities, necessary network expansions and renewals, as well as expansions and renewals of plant engineering, are carried out by Mainova/NRM, hereinafter the contracting authority (AG). Project management is always the responsibility of an employee of the AG. In the context of planning and implementing complex projects, there is a need for targeted support of the project management and the measures management of the contracting authority. The on-site construction supervision/construction coordination supports the project and measures management in the context of construction execution and, if necessary, in the context of execution planning. The railway supervisor (Lot 4) performs the tasks according to the description of services in chapter 7.4. This may involve projects in the following areas of performance:

- Gas sector: laying of gas pipelines (low pressure, medium pressure, high pressure)

- Water sector: laying of drinking water pipelines

- Electricity sector: laying of power lines (low voltage, medium voltage)

- Electricity sector: laying of power lines (high voltage 110-kV)

- District heating sector: laying of district heating pipelines (hot water or steam)

- Cross-sectoral measures

- Measures in the vicinity of own properties (building construction)
