No deadline given

Description

UZ Leuven intends to establish a framework agreement VOS/MOS with the aim of setting up a long-term strategy regarding the replacement and expansion of the current nursing call system (VOS) in UZ Leuven and, if desired, expanding this with a Medical Call System (MOS). The contract involves the supply, configuration, commissioning and maintenance of the nursing call system (VOS)/Medical Call System (MOS). The call system must be capable of being integrated into any situation by means of the following characteristics: - The system is designed to evolve simply and cost-effectively with new possibilities and needs. - The system has an open platform, allowing seamless integration with other systems. There must be no limits to the number of call buttons or patients/residents that can be connected. - The system is designed to integrate seamlessly with both current and future generations of call systems. This ensures very long-term continuity. The system is designed to be seamlessly linked to an alarm server from a 3rd party supplier. - The system supports various wireless communication platforms, if available, Bluetooth, WiFi, GSM and 3G/4G/5G, providing great flexibility. In addition to wireless networks, all calls can also be visualised on room lamps, room displays, computer screens, via e-mail, or to applications already in use. After the selection of the candidates, the Contracting Authority will organise site visits and provide a phase in which the selected candidates must realise a test setup of the proposed nursing call system. These activities are part of the second phase of the procedure and are carried out exclusively with the selected candidates. The site visits are held without the presence of suppliers so that the selected candidates can get a neutral and unbiased impression of the existing infrastructure and the context in which the nursing call system will be integrated. Each selected candidate must provide a test setup of the nursing call system they propose. This test setup must enable the Contracting Authority to verify the functionalities, integration possibilities and technical requirements. The test setup is used exclusively for the preparation of the tender and does not form part of the evaluation in the selection phase. These activities will commence immediately after the selection of the candidates. Total duration of this framework agreement: 180 months.
