The subject of the contract is the Procurement of a Computer Tomograph, for the proper functioning of the County Hospital of Panciu, in accordance with the quantities and technical specifications in the terms of reference. Attention: The deadline by which the contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification or additional information is the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, provided that these requests are addressed within the period set out in Section I of the Data Sheet, namely 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
