The subject of the order is the felling and clearing of trees and shrubs in areas covered by environmental decisions and location decisions for the implementation of 3 strategic investments: Construction of the 400 kV line Choczewo – intersection of the line Słupsk - Żarnowiec; Construction of the 400 kV line Choczewo – intersection of the line Grudziądz Węgrowo – Gdańsk Błonia, Construction of the national road section Lubiatowo – express road S6 Task 2; road 213 – express road S6 in variant 2. Scope of the subject of the order: 1) The subject of the order is the complete production of wood by any technology and cleaning using a surface grinder to remove excess saplings, shoots, shrubs and shrubs by cutting and laying in prisms or, in the case of small areas (up to 2 ares), pushing/removing the material beyond the working surface, mechanical crushing of standing saplings on plantations and nurseries, dismantling of fences and fencing of plantations. The subject of the order has been divided into parts ("Package"): Part 1 (Package I) - GDDKiA and PSE Słupsk-Żarnowiec; Part 2 (Package II) - PSE Grudziądz - Węgrowo; The contractor may submit a bid for one or more Packages (Parts). However, a bid submitted for a given Package must cover the entire scope of work specified in the SWZ for that Package. 2) The scope of the subject of the order, the standard of work technology, the description of the rules of the procedure for carrying out the acceptance of forestry works, and the descriptions of the codes of activities describing the individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the order are described in Annex No. 1 and 2 to the SWZ. 3) The material scopes compiled in the annexes included in Annex No. 2 are of an estimated nature. 4) The place of implementation of the subject of the order will be the administrative area of the Gmina Choczewo. 5) The implementation of the works included in the subject of the order will take place in an area excluded from the management of the Choczewo Forest District.
