Germany – Painting work – Umbau und Erweiterung Grundschule Mauchenheim

The Verbandsgemeinde Alzey-Land is the operator of the primary school in Mauchenheim. The primary school is to be renovated. As part of this renovation measure, the primary school will be expanded by an additional building. The painting work is now being tendered for. In the positions where a material- or product-neutral description does not appear to be practical due to technical, static, building physical or other aspects, the materials or products have been named. In these positions, however, equivalent materials/products can also be offered. These are to be specified by the bidder by means of a list according to the schedule of services. These essentially include the following works: approx. 100 sqm visible concrete surfaces approx. 1,000 sqm painting area inside + outside approx. 220 sqm external insulation finishing system demolition
