The objective of the contract is the renewal or replacement of the existing process control systems of the Stuttgart sewage treatment plants and the sewer network. Another objective is the establishment of a superordinate process control system (PLS) for the integration of the Stuttgart sewage treatment plants and the sewer network subject to the contract, taking into account the relevant KRITIS requirements for critical infrastructures of the IT Security Act. The task at hand includes the renewal of the existing process control systems as well as the existing automation and control systems at the Stuttgart municipal drainage. In this context, a uniform process control system of the specified manufacturer in the version currently available at the time of construction is to be established. In the planning services, it must be taken into account that during the implementation of the planned measure, i.e. during the execution of the construction measure, the operation of the sewage treatment plant and the sewer must be maintained. This results in the requirement that any necessary temporary measures must be included in this planning scope and planned and taken into account accordingly.
