Czechia – Building construction work – „V 00898 – bytové domy Tachov“

The subject of this public contract is the complete provision of all works, services and supplies related to the project Bytové domy 3 NP Urbanity Campus Tachov, reference number 28200139. The activities will be carried out in accordance with the project documentation and the bill of quantities BD Urbanity prepared by the designer Ing. Radek Láznička, with registered office at Lesní 392, Třebestovice, 289 12, IČO: 74875531, ČKAIT 0012206, authorised in the field of civil engineering; further details are given in the project documentation (hereinafter referred to as the “project documentation”). All properties, procedures, requirements and specifications are set out in the draft contract for work, which is Annex No. 3 to this tender documentation, and in the project documentation, which, together with the bill of quantities, is Annex No. 4 to this tender documentation. The project documentation, including its evidentiary part, statements of affected bodies, network managers and other related documents, was prepared for a larger project complex, which also includes the kindergarten building (MŠ). However, the implementation of the MŠ building is not the subject of this public contract. Works, supplies and services that relate exclusively to the MŠ building are not included in the list of construction works, supplies and services with the bill of quantities and the supplier is therefore not evaluated or included in the tender price within the framework of this public contract. Any references to the MŠ building contained in the project documentation or its annexes have only an informative significance arising from the fact that these documents capture a wider project and permit complex, and in themselves do not establish an obligation for the supplier to carry out works relating to the MŠ building. For determining the material scope of the works, supplies and services that are the subject of this public contract and that are to be evaluated by the supplier, the list of construction works, supplies and services with the bill of quantities is decisive; the project documentation is at the same time binding for determining the technical, material and qualitative solution of those parts of the construction that are included in the subject of this public contract. This does not affect the supplier's obligation to carry out any works at the interface between the MŠ building and other parts of the construction, if these works are explicitly included in the list of works of this public contract. The technical supervision for this contract must not be carried out by the supplier or a person connected with them.
