The task entrusted to the Project Manager constitutes the basic mission within the framework of rehabilitation operations for building works. This basic mission is supplemented by the following services:

- Diagnostic "Technical" Element

- Additional mission of Dynamic Thermal Simulation (D.T.S.)

- Additional mission of "Energy" Diagnostic

- Mission of Scheduling, Coordination and Management

- "PEMD" Diagnostic Mission

- "Thermal Studies" Mission

The works will be carried out in an occupied environment. Candidates must necessarily present a multidisciplinary team composed of specialists capable of mastering all the disciplines necessary for the completion of the mission and bringing together at least the following competencies:

- Architecture,

- Scheduling, Management and Coordination (OPC)

- Building thermal engineering,

- Thermal (DPE 3CL + THC-ex method)

- Building structural engineering

- Renewable energy engineering

- Building fluids engineering

- General building engineering

- Management of second-phase works

- PEMD

- Construction economist

The 41-month period indicated in this notice includes the duration of the studies, the duration of the award of the works, the duration of the execution of the works and the year of perfect completion. The estimated financial envelope allocated to the execution of the works is 3 883 748 euro(s) excl. VAT. The estimated duration of the works (excluding preparation period) is 16 months. The estimated start date for the works is scheduled for the first quarter of 2028. The Project Management mission covers the rehabilitation of 48 collective housing units distributed in buildings A, B and G, of which 3 are of type II, 39 are of type III and 6 are of type IV with a thermal performance level to be achieved of label B to C according to the building/entrance. The contract is awarded at a lump sum, adjustable price.
