Poland – Surveillance and security systems and devices – Zakup, dostawa, montaż i uruchomienie 5 szt. bramek automatycznej kontroli granicznej „ABC”, z przeznaczeniem dla Placówki Straży Granicznej Warszawa- Okęcie.

Purchase, delivery, installation and commissioning of 5 automatic border control gates „ABC”, for the Border Guard Station Warsaw-Okęcie. The contractor is obligated to, as part of the order: 1) purchase and delivery of: a) 5 ABC gates, with all required peripheral devices and other elements specified in the OPZ; b) required licenses and software, on the terms specified in the OPZ; c) a test set, which will enable the simulation of the border clearance process in the delivered ABC gates and the commissioning of the border clearance process using facial image verification and fingerprint verification of the delivered ABC gates; 2) dismantling of 5 currently used ABC gates and installation of 5 new ABC gates at the locations and times designated by the Buyer and the User; 3) preparation and delivery of documentation, as specified in the OPZ; 4) adaptation of the delivered software to connect with the Border Guard's border clearance system, as a result of which a programming interface will be created, if applicable according to the Contractor's offer and the OPZ; 5) transfer to the Buyer and the Border Guard of proprietary intellectual property rights in accordance with the contract and the OPZ; 6) provision of service and technical support during the warranty period, including the performance of technical and maintenance inspections with a frequency consistent with the manufacturer's guidelines, but no less than once every six months during the warranty period; 7) conducting training for Border Guard engineers in the administration of the central part of the ABC gate software; 8) conducting training for Border Guard officers in the correct operation and maintenance of the ABC gates and ABC gate software; 9) supporting the User in updating the software during the warranty period, in the event that the manufacturer introduces new software or new versions of it. The OPZ is contained in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ and the PPU constitute Annex No. 2 to the SWZ.
