The subject of the contract is the execution of a construction project involving the expansion of the Wojewódzki Szpital Specjalistyczny im. Św. Jadwigi in Opole with a Centre for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, along with the necessary infrastructure and site development. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the requirements of the Contracting Authority, is specified in Annex 1A to the SWZ and in the design specifications of the contract, which is Annex 2 to the SWZ, as well as in the architectural and construction project, the execution projects, the items and the STWiOR. Annex 1A to the SWZ, which describes the subject of the contract, defines the guaranteed/basic scope and describes the options of this procedure.
