This is a restricted procedure for a "Design" contract, in accordance with Articles L. 2125-1, L. 2172-1 and R. 2172-1 to R. 2172-2, R. 2172-4, R. 2172-6, R. 2162-15 to R. 2162-2, R. 2162-22 and R2162-25 of the Public Procurement Code. The Guillaume-Régnier Hospital Centre (CHGR) is a public mental health institution located in Rennes, Brittany. It is the main psychiatric hospital in the Ille-et-Vilaine department and a leading player in France for psychiatric care, research and mental health training. This regional-scale institution provides prevention, diagnosis, care, rehabilitation and social reintegration missions, while integrating teaching and research activities. As part of its Architectural and Real Estate Master Plan, the CHGR wishes to proceed with the grouping and mutualisation of its outpatient activities on 4 sites in the Rennes metropolitan area. The present operation concerns: SITE 1: Adult Day Therapeutic Centre (CTJ) "PRPACS LE BLOSNE". The PRPACS Project (Adult Psychiatry Centre and South Pole of Rennes) offers care for adult patients suffering from mental disorders, but who do not require full hospitalization. This approach allows patients to continue living at home while receiving care tailored to their needs.
