Belgium – Feasibility study, advisory service, analysis – Aanstellen studiebureau voor de opmaak van het gemeentelijk Beleidsplan Ruimte Lummen met geïntegreerd mobiliteitsluik (incl. plan-MER)

The contract involves the appointment of a study bureau for the preparation of the municipal Spatial Policy Plan Lummen with integrated mobility window and integrated plan-MER. The contract aims to achieve a future-oriented, coherent and implementable framework for the spatial development of the municipality, with the interplay between space and mobility at its core. The contract includes:

• the preparation of a strategic vision for space and mobility;

• the development of policy frameworks, including at least the themes of housing and mobility;

• the preparation of an operational mobility programme;

• the preparation of an integrated plan-MER;

• participation and stakeholder management;

• process guidance and coordination of the entire trajectory.

The contract will be executed in accordance with the applicable decree and procedural provisions. The contractor is responsible for the integral coordination of the study team and the process, including the alignment with any subcontractors and all parties involved.
