The Municipality of Gräfelfing intends to carry out the general renovation of the fire station at Würmstraße 5, 82166 Gräfelfing. Since the fire station must remain fully or partially operational throughout the entire construction period to ensure the continuous operational readiness of the fire department, special requirements for coordination and operational continuity management must be considered in the planning and construction supervision. The subject of the contract are services of building and interior design according to § 34 Abs. 3 HOAI in the performance stages 5 to 8. Additional services, particularly in the areas of schedule, operational continuity, time, cost, change, risk, interface, documentation, commissioning, and defect management, are also included. Optionally, services of performance stage 9 (building management) as well as further additional services can be procured.
