Poland – Hotel services – Świadczenie usług hotelarskich (nocleg ze śniadaniem, kolacja) w trakcie wydarzeń szkoleniowych organizowanych w Lublinie przez Ośrodek Szkolenia Ustawicznego i Współpracy Międzynarodowej KSSiP w 2027 r.

The subject of the contract is the provision of hotel services (accommodation with breakfast, dinner) for events held at the Centre for Permanent Training and International Cooperation KSSiP in Lublin in 2027. 2. The contract has been divided into 6 parts. 3. The subject of the contract is detailed in Annex 2 to the SWZ. 4. The method of implementing the subject of the contract is detailed in the draft contract provisions, which constitute Annex 3 to the SWZ. 5. In cases where the Contracting Authority describes the subject of the contract by referring to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems, as mentioned in Article 101(1)(2) and (3) of the Pzp Act, this means that it allows equivalent solutions to those described, and such a reference is accompanied by the words "or equivalent". A Contractor who refers to equivalent solutions is obliged to prove in the offer, in particular by means of substantive evidence, that the solution offered by it meets the requirements specified by the Contracting Authority to an equivalent extent. The substantive evidence referred to above is not subject to supplementation. 6. The Contracting Authority intends to allocate: 2,080,944.56 zł gross in total: Part 1 - 326,673.36 zł gross, Part 2 - 340,670.00 zł gross, Part 3 – 385,853.60 zł gross, Part 4 – 311,264.80 zł gross, Part 5 – 357,882.80 zł gross, Part 6 – 358,600.00 zł gross. 7. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to first conduct an examination and evaluation of offers, and then qualify the Contractor whose offer has been most highly evaluated, in terms of the absence of grounds for exclusion and the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure – in accordance with Article 139 of the Pzp Act. 8. The contract implementation period for all parts: 13 months from the date of signing the contract. Detailed contract implementation deadlines for individual parts are indicated in the Contract Subject Description (Annex 2 to the SWZ). 9. In this procedure, communication between the Contracting Authority and Contractors takes place using electronic communication means, via the online Platform operating at https://e-propublico.pl. Details are in Section 8 of the SWZ. 10. The deadline for binding the offer expires on 21.02.2027. Details in the SWZ.
