France – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – Marché d’intégration et de maintenance du standard ERP Microsoft Dynamics Business Central

This Contract Notice concerns the provision of integration, maintenance, and evolution services for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP solution within the EDF Group. These services are part of the Group's strategy to standardise its information systems, aiming to deploy a common ERP for its subsidiaries, in line with the EDF Core Model, and to ensure its operational readiness. The contract covers, in particular: - the industrialised integration and deployment of the solution within new subsidiaries, in France and internationally; - the operational maintenance (MCO) of the solution, including corrective, evolutionary, adaptive, and regulatory maintenance; - the implementation of parameter settings, specific developments, interfaces, and data migration; - support for testing, acceptance, go-live (VABF / VSR) and deployment phases; - change management, including user training (optional); - the management of reversibility and portability of services at the end of the contract. The services are to be performed in a SaaS environment, interacting with the EDF Group's information systems, in compliance with security, regulatory (including GDPR) and technical and functional standards in force.
