Germany – Architectural services for outdoor areas – TNW_FA_Schulverband Dietenhofen_Neubau der Grundschule in Dietenhofen

The School Association Dietenhofen plans the construction of a new primary school on the existing school grounds at Pestalozzistraße 2 in Dietenhofen, as the currently used pavilion buildings from the 1960s are in need of renovation, not barrier-free, and unsuitable for future full-day operation. The new building is planned as a three-story hybrid structure of solid and timber construction with 13 classrooms and full-day rooms and is to form a new "school campus" in conjunction with the existing buildings (secondary school, indoor pool, sports hall). The following services will be awarded in stages:

- Basic services of performance phases 3-9 for the site planning of open spaces according to § 39 para. 3 HOAI 2021, Part 3, Section 2 in conjunction with Annex 11 HOAI 2021

- Special services
