Lithuania – Architectural design services – Atviras projekto konkursas "Utenos miesto daugiafunkcinio sporto komplekso rekonstravimas"

**Contracting authority**, following the provisions of Article 71(4) of the Public Procurement Act, plans to carry out a separate procurement of services for "Reconstruction of Utena Multifunctional Sports Complex" (design proposals, technical design project, obtaining a construction permit, preparation of a work project or its parts and supervision services of the construction project), inviting the participant of the proposal that took 1st place (Note: The winner of this competition is considered to be the participant of the proposal that took 1st place). The cost of design proposals, technical design project, obtaining a construction permit and supervision services of the construction project must not exceed 181.500,00 EUR with VAT, if the contractor is a VAT payer, or 150.000,00 EUR without VAT, if the contractor is not a VAT payer.

**Objective of the competition**: to select the best urban planning, architectural and functional aspects and other requirements (listed in these competition conditions, in the task "Reconstruction of Utena Multifunctional Sports Complex"), corresponding to the architectural idea of the project. The authors of the project proposals that took 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in this competition will be awarded monetary prizes: 6.000 EUR for 1st place, 4.000 EUR for 2nd place, 3.000 EUR for 3rd place. This procurement is carried out without the intention of concluding a procurement contract.
