France – Refuse and waste related services – Exploitation du quai de transfert situé à Fleurieux-sur-l’Arbresle (69)

This contract concerns the operation (maintenance and supervision) of the transfer quay for Residual Household Waste (OMR) of the SYTRAIVAL, referred to in this document as the Contracting Authority, located in the municipality of Fleurieux-sur-L’Arbresle (69), and the daily transfer of OMR, primarily to the energy recovery unit in Villefranche-sur-Saône. The household waste from the Communauté de Communes du Pays de l’Arbresle and part of the household waste from the Communauté d’agglomération de l’Ouest Rhodanien (Tarare region) are involved. 1.1. Transfer The contractor must carry out the transfer of household waste from the transfer site to the treatment site. The transfer to each treatment site will be carried out using three (3) semi-trailers with a volume of 70 m³ each, provided to the contractor by the SYTRAIVAL. 1.2. Management of the transfer station The contractor must keep the quay clean by ensuring daily cleaning to prevent any build-up of rubbish on the site and any littering around the site. They must also ensure the proper maintenance of the equipment (including the weighbridge and motorised sliding doors).
