Finland – Food, beverages, tobacco and related products – Tukkuelintarvikkeet

Tuomi Logistiikka Oy is procuring wholesale foodstuffs through a joint procurement agreement. The following entities are entitled to use the Tuomi Logistiikka Oy joint procurement agreement: Tuomi Logistiikka Oy, Pirkanmaan Voimia Oy, Vesilahden kunta, Tampereen kaupunki, Pirkanmaan Hyvinvointialue, Tammenlehväkeskus Oy, Coxa Oy, SK Hankintapalvelut Oy and Fimlab Laboratoriot Oy. A framework agreement will be established for the procurement, from which two (2) suppliers submitting the most economically advantageous tender will be selected as Suppliers. The allocation of product lines (as per Annex 1 to the Invitation to Tender) between the selected Suppliers is described in the section "Decision-making criteria" of the Invitation to Tender. This procurement also includes internal simplified competitions within the framework agreement for additional product needs and for products related to seasonal celebrations, theme days and theme weeks. The objective of the procurement is to ensure that the end users receive safe, tasty, nutritious and age-appropriate food products and seasonal products in the dining facilities of the suppliers.
