The provision of new digital copiers, "Management Print Service" software modules and associated services for the implementation of a centralized printing solution on a rental basis for the Centre Hospitalier Epicura. 1) Centre Hospitalier EpiCURA: 3 sites in Ath, Baudour, Hornu and 7 polyclinics. 3000 employees and self-employed - The provision of various types of digital copiers under a rental contract without an option to purchase at the end of the contract for a period of five years with associated services (delivery, commissioning and collection at the end of the contract); The institution may extend the contract for two additional years for machines that have not reached their ‘lifetime’, usage limit. In this case, only the cost per click including supplies and maintenance will be invoiced, the cost of the machines being amortized after 5 years. - The supply and implementation of a "Management Print Service" software solution; - The automatic supply (for connected machines), on a just-in-time basis, of consumables, remote maintenance with preventive maintenance as well as services, travel and parts for maintenance of the entire system throughout the duration of the contract, the recovery of all used and/or replaced consumables and accessories over time. - Three types of training in French to be provided in the institution: • Administrator IT level training: For 5 IT staff members responsible for the configuration of the various management modules. • Administrator management level training: For 3 staff members responsible for the administrative management of the implemented system, a training on the administration of the MPS tool and the machines. • User level training: for the staff members using the machines placed in their service. There will be a training immediately at each commissioning of MFP. Orders will be placed without the contracting authority having to justify its choices, decisions or the number of products as well as the frequency of each of its requests. The duration of the contract being five years and the rental contract for a period of five years plus two times 1 year renewable, the maintenance conditions and the after-sales service must be able to be guaranteed for a minimum period of seven years. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS: (if they are not met by the tenderers, the offer will be considered irregular): • The machines offered in the tender will be new and of the latest technology. They will meet the strictest requirements in terms of environmental and worker protection. • The material proposed by the contracting authority must comply with the Belgian and European standards approved or registered and the regulations in terms of protection of work, safety and antiparasite. • Each machine will be compatible and configured to operate on a network with the "Management Print Service" solution proposed in the tender: The tenderer must confirm the minimum functionalities required of the various modules constituting the management/control software of the fleet by completing Annex 3 of the Excel file provided. In the event that one or more of these functionalities is not available, the offer will be rejected. Place of service provision: All the sites of the Centre Hospitalier EpiCURA listed in this tender.
