The contract involves the inventory of the day and waste water network using smoke and dyed water, as well as the inventory of approximately 5,000-6,000 connections and property connections and hardened surfaces, distributed within the affected municipalities. The focus is primarily on identifying misconnected drain pipes, soakaways, gullies and leakage between the network's pipes. Note that the total number of properties is estimated and may vary depending on the needs of the operation and budgetary conditions.
