F1 FARCY - Design and construction for the building of a residence of approximately 45 senior housing units and 45 social housing units. As part of the National Urban Renewal Programme, ALTER – developer of the Belle-Beille ZAC – is the owner of the former site of the UDAF, located at 4 Avenue Général Patton in ANGERS, and has carried out the demolition of this site. ALTER has allocated to ALh three sites intended to accommodate a dedicated offer of 130 "senior" housing units, including the F1 plot located on the former UDAF site, for 45 housing units, in addition to the plots on Tati and Rue Boisramé. These 45 housing units will be financed with 60 % PLAI and 40 % PLUS as part of the reconstruction of the demolished offer within the framework of the NPNRU. On this plot, it has been agreed to build 45 additional social housing units for sale, in place of the operation initially to be built on the site of 40 Notre Dame du Lac, demolished at the start of the NPNRU programme.
