This contract concerns the offering and facilitating of multimedia benefits within the cafeteria plan of Zorgband Leie en Schelde. The contractor will be responsible for providing a qualitative and market-conform offer of digital and multimedia products (such as PCs and peripheral equipment, tablets, smartphones and smartwatches), as well as related accessories that can be purchased by employees via their theoretical cafeteria plan budget. The collaboration includes both operational and administrative support for this offer, including digital processing of orders, budget tracking via linkage with the Lima Flex portal of Cipal Schaubroeck and reporting, so that HR and employees are served in an efficient and user-friendly manner. The solution must comply with the applicable regulations regarding cafeteria plans and contribute to the digitalisation of HR processes, as well as the strengthening of the employer image of Zorgband Leie en Schelde.
