The framework agreement will be executed by the issuance of purchase orders. The services are settled by unit and lump-sum prices. The estimated amounts are indicative and include all renewal periods. The estimated amounts are indicative and include options (similar services and renewals). The framework agreement aims to ensure the continuity of the operation of the works, the safety of people and property, the prevention of pollution, as well as the preservation of heritage. The technical specifications, the works concerned, the maintenance frequencies and the deliverables are defined in the CCTP and its annexes. The framework agreement includes a lump-sum part corresponding to periodic preventive maintenance and on-call service, remunerated on the basis of the prices appearing in the DPGF (breakdown of the global and lump-sum price), as well as a part executed by purchase orders for corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, cleaning, pumping, television inspections, repairs and one-off services provided for in the BPU. As of 1 January 2027, the Port of Dieppe will transition to management in the form of a Société Publique Locale (SPL). The present framework agreement is, consequently, concluded by the Régie Dieppoise des Activités Portuaires on behalf of the future SPL, which will ensure its execution from the date of its establishment. This change constitutes exclusively a change in legal structure and has no impact on the object, the scope and the needs covered by the present framework agreement. The services, their characteristics and their scope of execution remain unchanged.
