Subject of these supplies: Purchase of ultrasound machines for the gynaecology department. AZ Turnhout intends to purchase mid-range ultrasound systems to support clinical activities within the gynaecology department. The systems to be procured must be widely applicable for multidisciplinary applications within the gynaecological care domain and must be specifically suitable for performing point-of-care ultrasound. The equipment must support high-quality and reliable imaging for both gynaecological and obstetric ultrasound examinations. The purchase will be accompanied by the conclusion of a maintenance contract. It is expected that during the period of the framework agreement, a total of six ultrasound machines (VH) will be purchased. HH Mol and Ziekenhuis Geel are also considering the future purchase of an ultrasound machine for the gynaecology department. Both AZ Herentals (in the context of the upcoming merger with AZ Kempen), HH Mol and Ziekenhuis Geel can rely on this framework agreement. The contracting authority emphasizes that the quantities specified are estimated quantities and are therefore only indicative. Total duration of this framework agreement: A duration of 48 months was chosen, with two extensions of 1 year each. This results in a maximum duration of 6 years (4+1+1).
