The subject of the contract is the successive acceptance and disposal of waste with code ex 19 12 12 - other waste (including mixed substances and items) from the mechanical processing of waste other than those mentioned in 19 12 11 (low-calorific fraction with an estimated calorific value of 9-12 MJ/kg) in a thermal waste treatment facility with a granulation of >80 mm (ballast fraction) originating from the stream of unsorted (mixed) municipal waste and from the "dry fraction" (packaging) of municipal waste, segregated on the waste segregation line in the Municipal Waste Processing Plant of Miejskie Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Sp. z o.o. in Tarnów at ul. Komunalnej 29. 2. The estimated maximum amount of waste to be accepted and disposed of under the contract is 10 000 Mg, with MPGK reserving the right to reduce this amount due to periodically lower amounts of waste supplied to the MPGK Facility. The final amount of waste to be accepted and disposed of under the contract will result from the production cycle and current needs of MPGK during the implementation of the contract, with the minimum (guaranteed) amount being 5 000 Mg. 3.
