France – Retirement home construction work – Marchés de travaux pour la construction du nouvel EHPAD de DELLE (département 90) - RELANCE

This tender is launched due to the unsuccessful outcome of the formalised procedure n° GHT-2026-027 for reasons of general technical interest and due to a change in the lot structure. The GHT Nord Franche-Comté consists of the Hôpital Nord Franche-Comté (HNFC) and its annexes as the supporting establishment and the CHSLD Le Chênois as the partner establishment. The Hôpital Nord Franche-Comté, as the supporting establishment, is the BUYER. The project owner is the Centre Hospitalier de Soins de Longue Durée (CHSLD) Le Chênois. The project involves the construction of a new building to house the new EHPAD in Delle, including 92 accommodation beds, living and activity spaces for residents, a PASA, as well as reception and consultation areas and staff/logistics facilities necessary for the operation of the structure. Place of execution: Rue Eugène Claret and Avenue du Général De Gaulle in DELLE (90). The consultation is divided into 27 lots detailed in the tender documentation. Each lot will be the subject of an ordinary contract without division into sections. Candidates may submit bids for one or more lots.
