The municipality of Etten-Leur has an underground car park in the centre of Etten-Leur with a capacity of 1,000 parking spaces. The municipality intends to replace the existing lighting with LED lighting, to partially expand it where necessary, and to have a corresponding multi-year maintenance plan drawn up. During the execution of the works, the car park will remain in use. It is therefore important that safety and nuisance are kept to a minimum. By applying LED fittings, the municipality contributes to the energy-saving targets. This replacement also provides more visibility in the car park. The works mainly consist of: - Supplying and replacing all existing fittings with LED lighting; - Expanding the existing lighting installation according to the attached lighting plan; - Installing an operating installation/panel; - Commissioning the lighting installation; - Supplying maintenance data; - Drawing up a multi-year maintenance plan (15 years) for the LED lighting. For the execution, the existing infrastructure should be used. The exception to this is the expansion of the existing lighting installation according to the lighting plan. The following quantities apply: According to the Pricing Schedule with quantities (Annex a), this involves the supply and installation of a total of 1,310 fittings.
