Slovakia – Construction supervision services – Výkon činnosti stavebného dozoru investora – 5 kategórií odborného zamerania - DNS

The subject of the public procurement is the establishment of a Dynamic Purchasing System (DNS) with the aim of ensuring services for the performance of activities related to the investor's building supervision in individual categories in accordance with the provisions of Act No. 25/2025 Coll. Building Act and amending and supplementing certain laws (Building Act) as amended by later regulations and Act No. 138/1992 Coll. on Authorised Architects and Authorised Building Engineers as amended by later regulations. The contracting authority announces the DNS in five categories with a focus on building supervision for: land structures; engineering structures – transport structures; technical, technological and energy equipment of buildings – heating and air conditioning equipment – electrical equipment; mixed category of professional competence. The precise specification/description of the subject of the contract will be indicated in the relevant Invitation to Tender in the framework of the tendering of a specific contract for the given category No. 1 to No. 5 of the established DNS. In general, the contracting authority will mainly require the presence of a building supervisor on the construction site, which will be further specified in the relevant Invitation to Tender as follows: a) for the handover and acceptance of the construction site between the client and the contractor, b) continuously throughout the entire duration of the construction with a defined minimum and maximum total number of hours, which will be precisely specified by a numerical value in the specific Invitation to Tender for the given category, c) on the inspection day, which will take place in accordance with the specified frequency in the draft commissioning contract, d) on the handover and acceptance event of the completed work, e) on the commissioning event. The start of the building supervisor's activities is from the day of handover of the construction site to the contractor, the end of the building supervisor's activities is until the completion of the commissioning event.
