The Contracting Authority wishes to conclude a new contract for occupational health and safety services. The current contract is expiring. Through this tender, one contractor will be selected to provide occupational health and safety services in accordance with the tailor-made regulation. The service must contribute to the organisational objectives in the areas of absenteeism reduction and sustainable employability. The starting point is the Contracting Authority's own-regime model, in which the direct supervisor and employee are jointly responsible for the absenteeism guidance. The contractor fulfils an advisory, facilitating and executing role in the medical and occupational fields, without taking over the management.
