The procurement concerns a local/on-prem installed Incident Reporting System operated by the Swedish Prison and Probation Service and includes the following: Licences Support and maintenance Implementation and configuration (including migration) Integration Documentation Training The procurement also includes options as follows: Increase in the number of users. Additional training efforts. Extension of licences for supplementary functions including consultancy services. The Swedish Prison and Probation Service estimates the number of users to grow to: ca 40 000 reporters. ca 4 000 - 5 500 with some kind of enhanced authorization.
