The subject of the public contract is the provision of a comprehensive hospital linen service. This includes the rental of linen, its complete maintenance (washing, ironing, repairs, replacement of worn items), washing and cleaning of the customer's own linen and logistics related to linen (collection, delivery including the provision of handling equipment for linen transport, and possibly containers in which the linen will be delivered to individual delivery points and subsequently collected). This includes an electronic ordering solution. In the case of the delivery of linen equipped with chips, the control of the chips on the customer's side is required.
