Germany – Siteworks – DLR Standort Hannover-Marienwerder - Neubau Büro- und Laborgebäude

Construction of an office and laboratory building – A new site of the DLR is to be established at Hollerithallee 5. A new building with an office area and an area for laser measurement tests will be created. The site will be equipped with an open, representative entrance area and a fenced rear area with parking spaces and a delivery area. Due to aerial image evaluations, an ordnance survey will be necessary, as part of the site has been classified as an area requiring survey. The area comprises 4,800 m², and approximately 500 tree roots will need to be removed. Planned completion date: November 2026, subject to prior tree-felling works.
