Bulgaria – Consultative engineering and construction services – Упражняване на консултантска дейност по чл. 166, ал. 1 от Закона за устройство на територията (ЗУТ) на обект „Подмяна на преносен газопровод DN 700 в участъка от станция за очистване на газопровода (СОГ) "Лом-Черковна" до компресорна станция "Полски Сеновец" и изграждане на нов СОГ „Полски Сеновец”

Exercising consultancy activities under Article 166, Paragraph 1 of the Spatial Development Act (SDA) for the object "Replacement of the DN 700 transfer gas pipeline in the section from the gas pipeline cleaning station (GCS) "Lom-Cherkovna" to the compressor station "Polski Senovets" and construction of a new GCS "Polski Senovets" The subject of the contract includes the performance of the following activities for each of the construction stages:

• Assessment of the investment project - working project phase, with the main requirements for the construction in accordance with Article 142, Paragraph 5 and Paragraph 10 of the SDA;

• Providing expert support to the principal and the designer in the coordination of the investment projects with the competent control bodies, operating companies and interested parties;

• Preparation of a comprehensive report in accordance with Article 142, Paragraph 6, Item 2 of the SDA;

• Exercising construction supervision in accordance with Article 168, Paragraph 1 in connection with Article 168, Paragraph 2 of the SDA and carrying out inspection and control of the supplied and incorporated in the construction building products, with which the main requirements for the construction are ensured in accordance with the requirements of the Ordinance under Article 9, Paragraph 2, Item 5 of the Law on the Technical Requirements for Products;

• Performing the functions of the safety and health coordinator for the construction implementation stage in accordance with Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004 on the minimum requirements for health and safety conditions at work when performing construction and assembly works;

• Preparation of a final report in accordance with Article 168, Paragraph 6 of the SDA;

• Preparation and registration of a technical passport for the construction in accordance with Article 176a of the SDA and Ordinance No. 5 of 28.12.2006 on the technical passports of constructions.

The construction "Replacement of the DN 700 transfer gas pipeline in the section from the gas pipeline cleaning station (GCS) "Lom-Cherkovna" to the compressor station "Polski Senovets" and construction of a new GCS "Polski Senovets" consists of the following stages:

Stage 1: Reconstruction of the transfer gas pipeline from GCS "Lom-Cherkovna" to GO for AGRS "Biala", including: GCS "Lom-Cherkovna", linear section of the gas pipeline, protected crane of GO for AGRS "Biala" and SKZ "Lom-Cherkovna";

Stage 2: Reconstruction of the transfer gas pipeline from GO for AGRS "Biala" to crane "B" of CS "Polski Senovets" and construction of GCS "Polski Senovets", including: linear section of the gas pipeline, LK "Petko Karavelovo", LK A, KV 7, KV 8, LK 20, KV 21, LK 31 and LK B, regulating node for KV "Polski Senovets 2", GCS "Polski Senovets" and stations for cathodic protection (SKZ).

A separate construction permit will be issued for each stage, with the stages to be implemented sequentially. The sequence will be determined by the principal in accordance with the technological possibility for the transfer of natural gas.
