Rapeseed meal in the quantity of 75 tonnes. The rapeseed meal must meet the following parameters. Physical-chemical parameters: • maximum moisture 12.0% • minimum crude protein content 34.0% • minimum crude fat content 1.0% • maximum crude fibre content 13.0% Quality parameters: • Salmonella presence test: not present in 25 g The purchaser requires that the protein components, such as soy meal, have a low level of contamination with anaerobic spores. A test result confirming the presence of anaerobic spores in 0.0001 g, which will be commissioned by the purchaser, will result in the return of the purchased batch of goods at the seller's expense. The VAT rate in accordance with the category of animal feed, which is classified under the chapters (codes) of the Combined Nomenclature (CN), listed in Annex No. 10 to the VAT Act. The purchaser is a farmer and the ordered product will be used for their own needs.
