France – Photocopier maintenance services – LOCATION DE COPIEURS MULTIFONCTIONS ET PRESTATIONS ASSOCIÉES POUR LE GROUPE RATP

This notice concerns the leasing of multifunctional copiers and associated services for the RATP Group. The future contract is a framework agreement with order forms and subsequent contracts. It is defined with a minimum amount corresponding to 60% of the estimated RATP EPIC scope and with a maximum amount that can vary within the limit of +75% (seventy-five percent) relative to the estimated amount for the RATP EPIC scope. It will consist of a single lot that includes 4 types of colour and black-and-white multifunctional copiers, and associated services. It will be single-supplier. The objective is to supply RATP EPIC, as well as its subsidiaries RATP DEVELOPPEMENT, RATP CAP Ile de France, RATP REAL ESTATE, and their subsidiaries. The duration of the framework agreement will be 96 months, including a 5-year (60 month) lease period. The copiers, their accessories, and the associated services will be leased for a maximum period of 5 years. As an indication, this notice relates to the leasing of 876 copiers for RATP EPIC, and approximately 418 for its subsidiaries, for a monthly production capacity of 2,300 copies per copier (690 black and white and 1,610 colour for the colour copiers).
