Sweden – Time accounting or human resources software package – HR-system

The procurement concerns a group-wide HR system as a SaaS service with associated services for implementation, integration, support and management. The system shall constitute central support for HR processes and HR master data, including personnel and organisational administration, onboarding, offboarding, employee dialogues, self-service, reporting and analysis. The HR system shall be able to function independently and integrate with external systems. Payroll calculation, payroll disbursement, time reporting, scheduling and staffing are not included in the procurement but are handled through separate system support.
