Sweden – Building construction work – Nybyggnation sysselsättning- & personalbyggnad

The Prison and Probation Service is carrying out a capacity increase of an existing facility and an additional need has been identified regarding the construction of a new building for employment and staff. The building will be constructed within the existing facility area and the contract will therefore be carried out with consideration for ongoing operations and other works within the area. The contract primarily involves the construction of a new building of approximately 4 370 m2 BTA, designed to support the Prison and Probation Service's daily work. The building contains spaces for varied employment activities in the form of simple production, assembly and finishing work, teaching and operational programs in the form of structured group and individual training initiatives, as well as office and staff spaces for administration.
