The present tender conditions include a tender for total consultancy for a department on Lønborgvej, which will henceforth form the framework for Skjernåskolen, Specialbørnehaven and STU huset. The project involves major internal and external renovations of the existing building structure at Lønborgvej 53, including a comprehensive renovation of the basement with exposure of the building's western facade. Additionally, there will be an extension to the Badehuset, which will be established as a new facility for Skjernåskolen, as well as an expansion in the form of covered areas at both STU huset and Skjernåskolens day-care and other departments, so that the building better supports the pedagogical needs and activities. The total project cost is expected to be around 81,9 mio. DKK excl. VAT. The tendered subject consists of a total consultancy agreement, which is part of the tender material.
