Services for "Planting and maintenance in plantations", in accordance with the specifications of the award documentation. Deadline for receiving requests for clarifications / additional information from economic operators: the 18th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. Responses to all these requests will be made by the contracting authority on the 11th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. NOTE: the contracting authority is not obliged to respond to requests for clarifications/additional information that were not submitted within the period set above or that were not submitted through SEAP. Subsequent contract quantities (ha): Santier O.S.Ianca- min. 17.82 ha - max. 71.28 ha; Framework agreement quantities (ha): Santier O.S.Ianca- min. 71.28 ha - max. 174.86 ha; Subsequent contract value (lei excl. VAT): min. 410,657.05 lei - max. 1,642,628.20 lei; Framework agreement value (lei excl. VAT): min. 1,642,628.20 lei - max. 6,570,512.80 lei; In accordance with Annex Form No. 1, 2 and 3 of the Terms of Reference.
