Poland – Orthopaedic implants – Dostawa endoprotez, implantów do osteosyntezy i innych materiałów do zabiegów ortopedycznych

The subject of the contract is the supply of endoprostheses, osteosynthesis implants and other materials for orthopaedic procedures. The contract has been divided into 11 parts. CPV: 331831007 (orthopaedic implants) A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 1a to the specification (packages 1-11). This description should be read together with any changes to the specification, which may result from responses to contractors' queries. The quantities given are the estimated requirement for a 12-month period and are for the purpose of calculating the tender price (i.e. determining the maximum remuneration of the contractor). The contracting authority requires, by a non-extendable deadline, no later than the date of signature of the contract, the creation at the contracting authority's premises of the required implant bank to ensure the continuity of medical procedures carried out. The assortment and quantity of implants in the bank will be determined between the contracting authority and the contractor.
