Contract Name: Collection and transport of municipal waste from the area of the Gmina Rymanów PART I: 1) collection and transport of municipal waste: - mixed - segregated (plastic and metal, glass, paper, biodegradable waste, ash) from owners of residential properties (single-family and multi-family housing) located in the area of the Gmina Rymanów. 2) collection and transport of waste from bin-type containers located at multi-family properties, 3) equipping PSZOK with KP 11 containers – 3 units, 1100 containers – 4 units, depending on needs 4) equipping multi-family properties with 1100 containers in the number of 10 – 20, depending on needs. The estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected from the area of the Gmina Rymanów during the contract period is approximately: residential properties: - 1500 Mg – mixed waste - 500 Mg – segregated waste - 10 Mg – ash. Estimated number of properties: residential properties – approx. 4000. Estimated percentage values of individual fractions of segregated waste: - glass – 46%, - plastic (multi-material packaging) – 23%, - paper, cardboard – 11%, - biodegradable waste – 20%. The above numerical data are estimated and may change during the implementation of the contract. The contracting authority does not guarantee the implementation of the contract in the specified amount of waste. Frequency of collection: - 2 times a month – single-family housing – mixed waste - 1 time a week – multi-family housing – mixed waste - 1/2 times (details – point 14 section 2) per month – each type of housing – segregated waste and ash - in case of filling, no less than once every two weeks, and in the summer season May – September once a week – all types of waste from selective waste collection points, which are nests with installed bin-type containers, located at multi-family properties. The collection schedule is an annex to the SIWZ. One-time collection route – approx. 250km – collection of one fraction of waste. PART II: 1) collection and transport of waste from PSZOK Rymanów: - construction and demolition - bulky - tyres - clothing - textiles - packaging containing residues of hazardous substances or contaminated with them (e.g. plant protection products I and II toxicity class - very toxic and toxic) - paints, inks, printing inks, adhesives, resins other than those mentioned in 20 01 27. Waste collected in: a) KP 11 containers with parameters: - Hook and front wall made according to DIN30722-1 - Beams made of Z/G 50x80x50x3. - Beam spacing on axis: 750mm - Hoop 80x80x4 or pipe 88.9x6mm. - Chassis: IPN180 - Passage from the floor to the side walls bent in a semicircle. - Doors opening to the sides with a triple safety system (left side, right side - tightening and central closure/locking). - Steps for placing a grid/mesh on the front wall of the container. - Rollers with a minimum diameter of 159mm and a width of 300mm. Minimum wall thickness of the roller 10mm. Central axle lubrication. - Additional horizontal reinforcement at 2/3 height. - All joints made with continuous weld. b) boxes – necessity of loading onto trucks (styrofoam, tyres, packaging containing residues of hazardous substances, paints, inks, printing inks, excess bulky). Frequency of collection: - in case of container filling – necessity of emptying full containers before the next PSZOK duty (PSZOK active every Saturday). Regarding Parts 1 and 2. The contractor collecting municipal waste is obliged to comply with the applicable legal provisions, in particular: the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023 item 1587 with later amendments), the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2025 item 733 with later amendments), the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 10 May 2021 on the detailed manner of selective collection of selected fractions of waste (Journal of Laws 2021 item 906), the Waste Management Plan for the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, Resolutions of the City Council in Rymanów determining the manner of dealing with waste, including the Regulations on maintaining cleanliness and order in the area of the Gmina Rymanów.
