The subject of the contract is a service involving the management and/or management and transport of municipal waste from residential and mixed properties, the Selective Collection Point for Municipal Waste, and from locations not designated for their storage and warehousing - located in the area of Jelenia Góra, from 01.01.2027 to 31.12.2027. 2. The contract has been divided into 11 (eleven) parts: Part I: Management of non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01) and municipal waste not listed in other subgroups (20 03 99); Part II: Management of biodegradable waste (20 02 01); Part III: Management of plastics (16 01 19); Part IV: Management of: - concrete waste and concrete rubble from demolitions and repairs (17 01 01); - brick rubble (17 01 02); - waste from other ceramic materials and equipment elements (17 01 03); - mixed waste from concrete, brick rubble, waste ceramic materials and equipment elements other than those listed in 17 01 06 (17 01 07); - glass (17 02 02); - waste paper (17 03 80); - insulating materials other than those listed in 17 06 01 and 17 06 03 (17 06 04); Part V: Transport and management of mixed waste from construction, repairs and dismantling other than those listed in 17 09 01, 17 09 02 and 17 09 03 (17 09 04); Part VI: Transport and management of mixed packaging waste (15 01 06); Part VII: Transport and management of bulky waste (20 03 07); Part VIII: Transport and management of medicines other than those listed in 20 01 31 (20 01 32); Part IX: Transport and management of used tyres (16 01 03); Part X: Transport and management of clothing (20 01 10) and textiles (20 01 11); Part XI: Transport and management of: - packaging containing residues of hazardous substances or contaminated with them (15 01 10*); - metal packaging containing hazardous reinforcing structural elements (e.g. asbestos), including empty pressure vessels (15 01 11*); - paints, inks, printing inks, adhesives, sealants and resins other than those listed in 20 01 27 (20 01 28); - plant protection products (20 01 19*); - plant protection products other than those listed in 20 01 19 (20 01 80).
