2M-IT Oy (hereinafter also "Purchasing Unit" or "Contracting Authority") is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for the named productivity tools. Productivity tools generally refer to software and cloud service packages that facilitate work and collaboration. They include, for example, email, calendar, file storage and sharing, as well as word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software, which can be used individually or together with others over the network. The DPS targets licenses for productivity tools, implementation, support and maintenance services, as well as expert services. The purchasing unit for this DPS is 2M-IT Oy. 2M-IT Oy procures the items in accordance with this DPS for itself or for its owner-customers' services to be produced, which are specified in more detail in the tender invitation for the internal tendering of the DPS. The procured items can be used in 2M-IT Oy's service production as part of the services of one or more customers. Procurements in accordance with the DPS are primarily targeted at the owner-customers of 2M-IT Oy identified below. However, procurements may also be carried out within the framework of the DPS to meet the needs of other owner-customers.

Organizations providing products and services in accordance with the dynamic purchasing system may submit applications to participate in the dynamic purchasing system for the entire duration of the dynamic purchasing system. All candidates who submit an application to participate and meet the suitability requirements set for candidates in the application to participate are accepted into the dynamic purchasing system.
