Belgium – Fish, crustaceans and aquatic products – « La fourniture de poissons, crustacés, mollusques et produits de la mer pour les établissements scolaires de la Commission communautaire française »

The present contract takes the form of a framework agreement with call-off orders and unit prices that are adjustable at the time of the call-off order. It concerns the supply of fish, crustaceans, molluscs and seafood products (fresh, frozen, smoked and processed) for the account of the French Community Commission, intended for all the schools of the French Community Commission education listed in Article 4.2 of the present CSC. The products ordered serve a dual purpose: • Educational: teaching aids for the teaching of fishmongery techniques (filleting, dressing, scaling), conservation, cooking of seafood products and recognition of species, particularly in the kitchen and restaurant application sections of the Émile Gryzon and Roger Lambion Institutes. Within this educational framework, certain orders may take the form of baskets individualised by class or by teacher, clearly identified at the time of delivery; • Operational: regular supply of application restaurants and collective catering services of the beneficiary establishments. The contract is divided into 3 lots, as defined in the technical inventory of references (Annex 1). This inventory includes a total of 83 references, structured according to a nomenclature of 4 price categories (from A to D). The VAT-exclusive ceilings per category are detailed in the category grid (Annex 6) and recalled in Article 7 of the present tender specifications.
